Too often, mental health professionals are underpaid and undervalued, despite the invaluable work we do. As an LCSW and an advocate for change in our community, I'm committed to leveraging the power of online platforms to break down barriers, reduce stigma, and build a more equitable and supportive future for mental health professionals and their clients.

With a Master's in Social Work and a background in English and intercultural communication, I can transform complex topics into engaging content.
My artistic flair, honed through years as an award-winning hair and makeup artist, adds a unique spark to every project.
